Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling your plan

• Cancel any time from Billing inside Nexora. Your next autopay charge stops right away.
• Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your workspace moves to the Free plan.
• There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

2. The ₹1 trial

• You pay ₹1 to start and get one month with everything unlocked.
• When the month ends, Nexora Basic is charged automatically by autopay unless you cancel before then.
• If you cancel during the trial, nothing more is charged. You keep the trial until it ends, then move to the Free plan. The ₹1 is not refunded.

3. Refunds

Plan payments (monthly or yearly) are not refunded once a billing period has started. We will refund in these cases:

• you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after cancelling, because of an error on our side;
• a payment was taken but the plan was not activated and we could not fix it;
• where a refund is required by law.

Email info@nexorawa.com within 7 days of the charge with your workspace name and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after approval (bank timelines may add a few days).

4. WhatsApp message wallet

Broadcasts and other paid WhatsApp messages are charged at per-message rates from your prepaid wallet. Messages already sent cannot be refunded, because the charge is passed on from WhatsApp. Unused wallet balance stays in your workspace for future messages; it is not refundable as cash except where required by law or in the error cases above.

5. Plan changes

• Upgrading takes effect straight away.
• Downgrading takes effect from your next billing period; the current period is not partly refunded.
• Switching to yearly gives 12 months for the price of 10, charged up front.

6. Shipping

Nexora is an online software service. Nothing is physically shipped; access is available in your account as soon as payment succeeds.
