Media Library
Media stores the images, videos and documents you use again and again: product photos, brochures, offer banners, demo videos.
#Upload
Open Media and upload files, or drag them in. You can then pick them when you:
- add an image, video or document header to a template
- attach a file in the Team Inbox
- add Product & Plan Files for the AI agent
Search by filename to find a file quickly.
#WhatsApp file limits
WhatsApp limits file types and sizes. As a guide:

| Video | MP4 | Up to 16 MB |
| Document | PDF and common office files | Up to 100 MB |
For templates, use a clear image with a 1.91:1 or square shape, and keep text on images short. WhatsApp shows them small on phones.
#Delete
Deleting a file removes it from the library. Messages already sent aren't affected.
