#About Nexora
What is Nexora? An AI sales agent for WhatsApp, built in India for small and growing businesses. It replies to every lead in seconds, answers questions, sends brochures, quotations and invoices, follows up automatically, and hands over to your team when needed.
Is it official WhatsApp? Yes. Nexora uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API.
Do I need technical knowledge? No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Nexora. Most businesses are set up in an afternoon.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone with the same number? No. A number can be on the WhatsApp app or on the API, not both. Many businesses use a new number for Nexora, or start on Nexora's shared number. See Connect your WhatsApp number.
Why do I need templates? WhatsApp only lets businesses message freely within 24 hours of the customer's last message. To message someone first, or later, you need an approved template. See WhatsApp API basics.
How long does template approval take? Usually minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours. Meta decides.
Will I get the green tick? The green tick (Meta Verified or Official Business Account) is granted by Meta to notable businesses. We can help you apply, but Meta decides.
#The AI agent
Will the AI make things up? It answers from your Business Brain and files. If it doesn't know, it says it will check with the team and hands over. See Business Brain.
Does it speak Hindi and other languages? Yes. It replies in the customer's language, including Hindi and Hinglish.
Can my team take over? Any time. Type in the chat and the AI steps back. See Hand-off, escalation and follow-ups.
Which plans include the AI agent? Flex and Empire, and the ₹1 trial.
#Pricing and billing
What does Nexora cost? Plans start at ₹499 a month (Basic). WhatsApp message charges and AI use are paid from your wallets. See Plans and Billing.
How does the ₹1 trial work? ₹1 gives you 30 days with everything. Then Basic (₹499 a month) starts by autopay, unless you cancel before.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time from Billing, in two clicks. Payments aren't refunded, but you keep your plan until the period ends.
Am I charged for failed messages? No. Their cost is credited back to your wallet.
