Commerce and catalog
With Commerce, customers can browse your products, add them to a cart and order without leaving WhatsApp.
Note
Products and catalog are included from the Starter plan.
#Connect a catalog
Open Commerce, then either:
- Create a new catalog: give it a Catalog Name and add products, or
- Connect an existing Meta Catalog: enter its Catalog ID, which you can find in Meta Commerce Manager.
#Storefront settings
Under Storefront Settings, choose the customer-facing controls:
- Show the catalog button on your profile, so customers can browse from your WhatsApp profile
- Shopping Cart, so customers can send the cart items and order in one message
#Send products in chat
- From the Team Inbox, send a product or the whole catalog.
- In a flow, use the WhatsApp Catalog block.
- The AI agent can share products when customers ask.
#Collect payment
Connect a payment gateway (Razorpay or PayU) under Settings → Payment Gateways to accept payments in WhatsApp. See Settings reference.
#If you see "Your WhatsApp connection has expired"
Commerce needs a working WhatsApp connection. Click Reconnect WhatsApp, then refresh the page. See Connect your WhatsApp number.
