Import from your phone

Open Nexora on your phone to bring in contacts straight from your phone book.

  1. Open Nexora in your phone's browser and go to Contacts.
  2. Tap Import from phone.
  3. Tap Choose contacts from my phone. Your phone shows its own contact list and asks which contacts to share. Tick the ones you want, or use Select all.
  4. Nexora shows a review: who Will be added, and who is Left out and why (duplicate numbers, invalid phone, or a missing name).
  5. Tap Import. Contacts are added in small batches, then you see the result.

Nexora sees only the contacts you choose to share, never your whole phone book. The import screen also shows how many more contacts your plan has room for.

#If your phone doesn't show the contact list

Some browsers, including Safari on iPhone, can't open the phone's contact list. Use a contacts file instead:

  1. Open Contacts on your phone, then the menu (⋮) → Settings or Fix & manage.
  2. Tap Export and save it as a .vcf file.
  3. Back in Nexora, tap Choose contacts file and pick that file.
Important

Importing a number lets you store it, but you still need the person's consent before you send them marketing messages. See Consent and messaging rules.
