#Test the flow

Click Test Flow to simulate the flow step by step. The builder checks that:

• every block is connected
• templates are approved and ready
• buttons lead somewhere
• waits are set sensibly

Fix anything it flags before you publish.

#Publish

Click Publish. The flow becomes Active and starts running for contacts who meet the trigger from now on. It doesn't run for past events.

#Pause or stop

Use Deactivate this flow to pause it. Contacts already inside the flow stop where they are. Activate this flow turns it back on.

#Edit a live flow

You can edit a published flow. Changes apply to contacts as they reach the changed steps. Use Version History to compare versions or go back to an earlier one.

#See what happened

Flow activity (Live Activity) shows each contact's run: which steps ran, what was sent, and whether it was delivered. The conversion metrics show how many contacts reached each goal.
