Important

The AI won't make up facts that aren't in the Business Brain or your files. If a price or policy is missing, it says it will check with the team. Add what's missing and it can answer next time.

#The seven sections

Section	What to write	Example
Business	Who you are, where you are, hours, how to reach you	"Sharma Interiors, Pune. Modular kitchens and wardrobes. Open 10am to 8pm, closed Tuesday."
Goal	What a good conversation ends with	"Book a free home measurement visit."
Products	What you sell, with prices or price ranges	"Modular kitchen from ₹1.8 lakh. Wardrobes from ₹45,000. 10-year warranty."
Customer	Who your customers are and what they care about	"Families moving into new flats. They worry about budget and finishing on time."
Questions	What the AI should find out, in order	"1. Which city and area? 2. Flat size? 3. When do you need it done? 4. Budget?"
Style	How the AI should sound, and what it must never do	"Warm and respectful. Use Hindi if the customer does. Never promise a discount."
Memory	Facts it should always remember	"Diwali offer: 10% off until 5 November. We don't work outside Pune."

#Tips for a strong Business Brain

Write facts, not slogans. "Delivery in 3 to 5 days in Maharashtra" helps; "fast delivery" doesn't.
Include real prices or ranges. Customers ask about price first.
List your top 10 questions with their answers, in your customers' own words.
Say what not to do: discounts it can't offer, topics to avoid, when to hand over.
Keep it current. Update offers and stock as they change.
Test after every change in the Playground.
