Create and launch a campaign
- Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign.
- Campaign Details: enter a Campaign Name (each name can be used once) and choose the category.
- Select Message Template: pick an approved template. You can filter by category and header type.
- Audience: choose who receives it. Pick contacts by tag, segment or status, or use Custom Filter Logic with Match ALL or Match ANY rules (for example Lead Score greater than 50, or Last Activity within 30 days).
- Map Variables: tell Nexora what to put in each variable, such as the contact's name. If some contacts are missing a value, Nexora warns you so you can set a fallback.
- Schedule & Delivery Settings: send now, at a set date and time, or on a repeat (daily, weekly or monthly). Choose the timezone; India uses Asia/Kolkata (IST).
- Review & Launch: check the Estimated Reach & Cost and the audience breakdown, then click Launch. Or click Save Draft to finish later.
Warning
Once a campaign starts sending, messages already sent can't be recalled. Check the template, audience and variables in the review step.
#Send options
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Business Hours Only (9AM to 8PM) | Holds messages outside these hours so customers aren't disturbed at night |
| Always Allow Dispatch (24h) | Sends at any hour |
| Retry Settings | Automatically retries messages that fail to deliver, on a schedule you choose |
| Utility fallback | If a marketing message can't be delivered, sends a utility template instead, where allowed |
#If you don't have enough balance
If your Messaging wallet doesn't cover the estimated cost, Nexora shows Not enough balance to send this. Top up from Billing and launch again. See Billing, wallets and charges.
#High-volume sends
When you send to a very large audience, Nexora shows a High Volume Warning. Large sends to people who don't know you lead to blocks and can lower your number's quality. See Protect your number's quality.
#Good campaign habits
- Send to people who opted in, and give them an easy way to opt out.
- Personalise with the customer's name and something relevant to them.
- Test by sending to a small segment of your own team first.
- Follow up the replies quickly. Let the AI agent answer them in seconds.
