#Variables
Variables are placeholders filled in for each person when the message is sent. Nexora offers ready-made variables, including Customer Name, First Name, Order ID, Invoice Number, Amount, Appointment Date, Coupon Code and Tracking Number, and you can add a Custom Variable.
Meta needs a sample value for every variable, so it can see what a real message looks like. Use realistic samples: Priya, not name.
Don't start or end the body with a variable, and don't put two variables side by side. Meta often rejects these.
#Button types
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Quick Reply | The customer taps it to send a reply, such as "Interested" or "Call me". You can start a flow from it. |
| Visit Website | Opens a link. Links can include a variable, such as an order page. |
| Call Phone Number | Starts a phone call to your business. |
| Copy Code | Copies a coupon code, such as SALE30. |
| Flow | Opens a published WhatsApp Form. |
#Writing with AI
Use the AI tools to Rewrite your text, Adjust Tone, or Translate it into another language. These use your workspace's AI credits.
#The compliance check
Before you submit, Nexora runs a Meta template rules check and shows a Spam Risk rating, so you can fix common causes of rejection first. See Getting templates approved.
