Flows overview
A flow is an automation. It starts with a trigger (something that happens), then runs steps: sending messages, waiting, checking conditions, tagging and handing chats to people. Flows do the follow-up work your team forgets or doesn't have time for.
#Examples
- Welcome every new lead and ask what they're looking for.
- Send a reminder two days after a quotation if the customer hasn't replied.
- Message customers who left items in their cart.
- Wish customers on their birthday with an offer.
- Tag people who tap "Interested" and hand them to sales.
#The flow builder
Open Flows and click Create Flow, or start from a ready-made template. The builder is a canvas:
- The trigger is the first block.
- Add steps from the block menu and connect them by dragging from one block's dot to the next.
- Click a block to set it up in the side panel.
- Version History keeps earlier versions so you can compare and go back.
- Changes save automatically; you see Saved at the top.
