Product and Plan Files
Product & Plan Files are files the AI can send in a chat: brochures, price lists, floor plans, product photos, demo videos and more.
#Add a file
- Open Danny AI → Settings → Product & Plan Files.
- Drag and drop the file, or browse. Images, videos, PDFs and documents up to 25 MB are supported.
- Describe it: say what the file is and when to send it. For example: "The Basic plan at ₹499 a month: price, what's included and limits. Send it when a customer asks about the 499 plan, the Basic plan or the cheapest plan."
- Optionally add a Message that goes with it, shown under the file, such as "Here are the details of our Basic plan."
- Choose How often: Once per customer, or Every time a customer asks for it.
#How the AI chooses
The AI compares the description with what the customer writes. The clearer the description, the better it matches. Mention the words customers actually use: "rate list", "brochure", "2BHK plan", "fees".
