Plans and the ₹1 trial
Nexora has four paid plans and a free plan. Every plan includes the Team Inbox, contacts, templates and campaigns on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Higher plans add automation, the AI agent and analytics.

#The ₹1 trial
- Pay ₹1 and get 30 days with everything unlocked (everything in Empire).
- You pay by card or UPI, and autopay is set up. When the month ends, Nexora Basic (₹499/month) is charged automatically.
- Cancel any time from Billing before the trial ends and nothing more is charged. You keep the trial until it ends, then move to the Free plan.

#What you pay on top of the plan
WhatsApp charges for messages your business starts (template messages). On every plan, these are billed per message from your Messaging wallet, and you see the cost before you send. AI replies use your AI wallet. See Billing, wallets and charges.
#Yearly billing
Switch to yearly any time and get 12 months for the price of 10.
#Cancelling
- Cancel in two clicks from Billing. Your next charge stops right away.
- Payments aren't refunded, but your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you paid for. Then you move to the Free plan.
- Your data stays in your workspace if you come back.
