Campaigns overview
A campaign (also called a broadcast) sends an approved template to many contacts at once. Use campaigns for offers, launches, reminders, event invitations and re-engaging old customers.
#What you need
- An approved template
- An audience: contacts, tags or a segment
- Enough balance in your Messaging wallet. Nexora shows the estimated cost before you launch. See Billing.
#The Campaigns page
- All Campaigns lists every campaign with its status: Drafts, Scheduled, Live & Running or completed.
- Filter by status or category and search by name.
- Export Campaigns downloads the list as CSV, Excel or JSON.
- Open a campaign to see its results.
