Notifications

Nexora tells you when something needs your attention.

#Where you see them

• The bell in the top bar shows unread alerts. Click it to see the latest.
• The Notifications page in the sidebar lists everything, and you can Mark All Read.
• Desktop alerts: turn on Enable Desktop Alerts in the Team Inbox settings to get a pop-up on your computer for new messages.
• On your phone: add Nexora to your home screen to get alerts like an app.

#What you're notified about

• New messages and chats assigned to you
• Chats the AI agent has handed over to the team
• Campaigns that finished or had failures
• Template approvals and rejections
• Low wallet balances
• WhatsApp connection problems

#Choose what you get

Open Settings → Notifications to choose which alerts you receive and how.
