Clean up, export and archive

#Data clean-up

Nexora checks your list and shows a banner when it finds:

  • Duplicate numbers: the same person saved twice. Use Merge Contacts to combine them into one.
  • Invalid phone: numbers that can't receive WhatsApp messages.
  • Missing / invalid name: contacts without a proper name, which makes personalised messages look wrong.

When everything is fine, you see Every phone number looks valid and Every contact has a real name.

#Export contacts

  1. Click Export on the Contacts page.
  2. Choose the Scope, for example all contacts or By Segment.
  3. Choose the Format: CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx) or JSON (.json).
  4. Click Export. The file downloads to your device.

Exported files contain customer data. Store them safely and share them only with people who need them.

#Archive and unarchive

Archiving hides a contact from your lists and campaigns without deleting their history.

  • Open a contact and choose Archive Contact, or tick several and choose Mark Inactive (Archive).
  • To see archived contacts, click View Archive. Choose Unarchive Contact or Mark Active to bring someone back.

#Delete

Deleting a contact removes them and their details from your workspace. Use it when a person asks you to delete their data. See Data and privacy.

#Blocked contacts

Set a contact's status to Blocked to stop all messages to them, for example when someone asks you to stop messaging. Blocked contacts are never included in campaigns.
